CAPABILITIES

Big Sky Mobile Catering has the capability, under an emergency situation, to be on the road within 4 hours of receiving the notification.  Upon arrival at the emergency camp location the unit can be ready to begin preparing food within two hours.  This company has three mobile kitchen units each capable of serving 1500 persons per day at a rate of 400 per hour.  The kitchen units are self sustaining with the exception of water resupply and gray water disposal.  Each kitchen unit arrives with a minimum of 200 gallons of potable water and has a minimum gray water storage capacity of 500 gallons; the kitchen unit also has covered, lighted, seating for 200 persons for eating.
